Since 2009 · Benson, Minnesota

Cleared to work inside the fence.

Enviro-Dyne is a locally owned industrial cleaning contractor serving ethanol, dairy, food-processing, and power facilities across the Upper Midwest — hydroblasting, industrial vacuuming, hydro excavation, tank cleaning, and remediation, run safety-first since day one.

Who we are

A small crew that runs like a big contractor.

Enviro-Dyne started in 2009 and incorporated as a Minnesota S-corporation in 2012. We're locally owned and deliberately lean — the people who estimate your job are the same people accountable for it in the field. That keeps us fast on scheduling, straight on communication, and disciplined on cost, which is exactly what an outage window demands.

We built the company around one idea: a contractor is only worth hiring if the plant can trust them inside operating equipment. Everything below is how we earn that trust before we ever show up.

Prequalification summary

What clears us onto your site.

The documentation a plant reviews before a contractor sets foot inside the gate — already in place, and ready to submit in whatever platform you use.

Contractor Qualification RecordCurrent
Safety Record
EMR better than the industry average. Calculated independently by our workers' compensation carrier — an insurance-verified number, not a self-reported one.
Insurance
Fully insured. Certificates of insurance issued to your facility's requirements.
Prequalified
Active on Avetta and FirstVerify. Third-party contractor prequalification maintained and kept current.
Federal-Ready
Registered in SAM.gov · CAGE Code 5TD83 — eligible to work at federal and institutional facilities.
Safety Programs
Written AWAIR and Employee Right-to-Know programs — documented, not improvised.
Fleet & Testing
DOT-compliant fleet with an MRO-managed drug & alcohol testing program.
Confined Space
Permit-required confined-space entry. Air respirators, multi-gas monitoring, lifelines, harnesses, and spill-response protocols — the capability most contractors can't cover.

Confined SpaceND Ethanol Plant

Evaporator & tank service

ND Ethanol Plant

Multi-system outage

Hydroblast and vacuum across a COE skid and feed/return lines, dual slurry tanks, an RTO fan and ducting, a CO² subcooler, cooling tower basin, and process sumps — several systems, one window.

MN Ethanol Plant

Dryer-train spring outage

Full dryer trains cleaned end to end — ID fans, drop boxes, cyclones, ductwork, and dampers — plus centrate and RTO systems and multiple process and oil-transfer tanks.

MN Dairy Site

Carbon bed changeout

Spent carbon vacuumed out and the tank washed down, with roughly 15.5 tons profiled and manifested to a permitted landfill — routine, non-outage work handled clean.
